One thing I’ve consistently witnessed in gyms and physical therapy clinics is that strength drives better outcomes. When people become stronger versions of themselves, they perform better, are less prone to injury, and carry greater confidence and happiness into their daily lives. Strength training not only builds physical resilience but also helps people develop a deeper understanding of their bodies—how they move, adapt, and thrive under challenges. My goal is to encourage more people to get involved with strength training to build and maintain their fitness bank, setting them up for success both inside and outside the gym.
