Limited Time Challenges Application

Step 1: Read the rules

Before submitting, read the rules page. If we have to DQ you because you didn’t read the rules, your application goes to the back of the line in our resubmission queue.

Step 2: Send your lifts

  • Video your lifts and upload them somewhere accessible.
    • We prefer: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
    • Make sure your page is set to public, not private 
  • If you want to just simply send us your video(s), go to WeTransfer (free) and send from there.
    • Set your transfer link expiration date to 7 days.
  • The link you send needs to be to a specific video that includes all of your lifts.

Step 3: Follow us on social media

Step 4: Submit the application

Check your inbox or spam folder for your confirmation email. Make sure your submitted information is correct.

Step 5: Wait to hear back

We will review your application and let you know if you’ve been accepted or if any other steps are required.

Challenge submissions must align with valid challenge dates and may be disqualified if they do not meet requirements.

Enter the lift's total weight and make sure to to include either lb or kg.

Plate math & implement weight: Please specify how many of each type of plates are being used in your lift on ONE side of the implement and then include the weight of the implement itself.

Example: 264 lb: 45x2 and 84 lb log
Example: 100 kg: 20x2 and 20 kg bar

Verified or Honor system? *

Verified submissions must include video proof of lap completion, and must show your current bodyweight as well as the weight of your implements. Standard marked items such as kettlebells do not need to be weighed on a scale (picture/video proof only), but non-standard items like jerry cans or unlabeled bags will be needed to be shown weighed on a scale.

Ex. WeTransfer, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Put "N/A" if your Third-Fourth submission does not have a video.
