Challenge Applications

Step 1: Read the rules

Before submitting, read the rules page. If we have to DQ you because you didn’t read the rules, your application goes to the back of the line in our resubmission queue.

Step 2: Send your lifts

Video your lifts and upload them somewhere accessible.
- We prefer: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WeTransfer, Streamable, etc.
If you want to just simply send us your video(s), go to WeTransfer (free) and send from there.
- Set your transfer link expiration date to 7 days.
Make sure your page is set to public if you’re using social media.
- If it’s private, we won’t be able to view.
The link you send needs to be to a specific video that includes all three lifts.
- Links to your social media home page, story/highlight reels, or to only one single lift will not be accepted.

Step 3: Follow us on social media

Step 4: Submit the application

Check your inbox or spam folder for your confirmation email. Make sure your submitted information is correct.

Step 5: Wait to hear back

We will review your application and let you know if you’ve been accepted or if any other steps are required.
