Straight Flush Challenge
This challenge is a new spin on the original 1000 Pound Club and 600 Pound Club. It features four lifts:
- Push press
- Wild card lift
- Squat
- Deadlift
These four lifts must be hit in sequential order with a certain number of plates required per lift. See below for more information.

600 Pound Club
The 600 Pound Club is our women’s counterpart to the 1000 Pound Club. While the 1000 Pound Club is open to both men and women, the 600 Pound Club is specifically dedicated to recognizing the achievements of female lifters. Hitting this milestone means that you’re seriously strong.
