Video Requirements
Due to the nature of this challenge, submitting a video is optional. You can choose to submit on the honor system or submit a video of you completing the challenge which will earn you a Verified ✅ badge on the leaderboard. If you elect to have your submission verified you must provide the following:
- Sufficient video showing you completing the challenge.
- Video/photo showing your bodyweight on a scale and the weight of your implements.
- Labeled implements such as kettlebells don’t need to be weighed, but unlabeled items such as bags do.
Even if you choose to not go the route of full verification, we encourage you to still submit video/photos of you performing the challenge if you’d like to be eligible for a social media share and prize giveaway.
We’ll be selecting one participant who completes the Third-Fourth Challenge to receive a free functional training sandbag provided by Elite Sports — perfect for farmer’s carries, conditioning, and general strength. Video/photo submission is required to be eligible and winner will be chosen based on our favorite entry.
Valid for USA (lower 48) only.
